ABOUT

I value opportunities where I can contribute my current skill set, along with my eagerness for continued learning and passion for hard work. Continually working since I was 15, I’ve acquired 20 years of experience in customer service and over 6 years experience in the marketing field.

Within two years, I moved from an entry level cashier position into a regional management role, overseeing four retail locations.


I've worked closely with newly developed 360 imagery hardware and software, creating content and developing web applications to host this unique breed of visual imagery. I've contributed to being at the forefront of creating innovative applications for interactive 360 panoramas on a large scale. Contributing Google StreetView imagery for all of Downtown Orlando,  and capturing hurricane storm damage imagery for the National Science Foundation were two of our biggest achievements.

 With my current employer, I've excelled in a role within the finance department, moving from an entry level position to a senior role within my first year. I value professionalism, adapt quickly, and I've advanced in every position where an opportunity was available.

MY EXPERIENCE

Roles & Responsibilities

SENIOR BILLING ANALYST

SharpSpring / Constant Contact
March 2020 - Present

I started in 2020 as an entry level support technician and worked my up to the senior-level support position after my first year. In the senior role, I operate in a hybrid position between support and the finance department. On the support side, I work on Billing Support cases, resolve escalated customer service cases, train new hires, investigate and report bugs, provide insight for system improvements, and devise developer tasks for fixing complex billing issues. I also serve as the Billing Support point of contact for other team members and provide coverage for the billing manager as needed. On the finance side, I assist staff accountants with day-to-day tasks related to Accounts Receivable, disputed payment reports, financial reconciliation, account creation process, and approval process for new contracts.

PROJECT MANAGER

SiteTour 360

July 2017 - March 2020

Developing web applications that utilize 360 panoramic imagery ranging from single space virtual tours to large scale media projects. My responsibilities included the operation of advanced 360 photography equipment, developing HTML/CSS/JS packages with specialized 360 software, photo editing, video production, graphic design, web design and development, developing marketing materials, creating and managing digital ads, social media management, devising sales strategies, and serving as the lead in project planning and sales presentations.

December 2013 - July 2017

Starting as an entry level customer service rep., I worked my way up to overseeing all marketing and customer service fundamentals at a regional level in three different markets. I worked with 4 store managers and about 40 employees. I monitored customer service and sales performance, and devised action plans to maintain company standards achieve company goals. I took part in coaching managers and team members as needed, and served as the point of contact for escalated customer service issues exceeding the store management level. I created ad campaigns, planned and hosted marketing events, delegated projects to outside marketing sources, provided copy writing, graphic design, video production, digital photography, and web design.
